Banyan Software is a private holding company, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Atlanta, that acquires, builds and grows enterprise software businesses for the long term. It follows a "buy-and-hold-for-life" philosophy — providing permanent capital and operational support to the founders and teams of the vertical-market software companies it acquires around the world.
