Its careers page says "Your work reaches 3M+ users across 30k+ companies in 190 countries", and lists the work as "Expand our platform across HR, payroll, time, and employee experience" and "Shape the future of AI in the workplace". The company is headquartered in Draper, Utah: its postings name "our Draper, UT headquarters" and "our beautiful Draper campus".
Where will I work?
Most roles are hybrid. Of its 31 postings on 2026-10-15, 21 are listed "Utah | Hybrid" and say "This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.", and the Business Development Representative posting names "in-office work mode Tuesday through Thursday". Two executive-assistant roles are on site at "our Draper, UT headquarters". Eight are remote: four "Utah | Remote" software engineering and engineering leadership roles, and four marketing, partnerships and analytics roles listed remote across thirteen states from Arizona and Florida to Texas and Utah. The postings span engineering, product, sales, customer support, marketing, legal and security.
What is the BambooHR team like?
Its careers page says "You don't need permission to make an impact. It is open about the pace: "If you're looking for predictability, fixed processes that don't change, or a place to rest on your laurels and coast, BambooHR isn't for you."
Work-Life Balance
Thirty of its postings say "Generous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life". A United States employee therefore has 4 weeks of vacation (20 days) + 12 company holidays = 32 days off a year, before the "floating holidays, bereavement leave, volunteer and civic duty time, and your birthday off" that its careers page lists. Its careers page also offers a "$2,000 Paid Paid Vacation bonus to rest, recharge, and come back inspired" and "paid maternity and parental leave for all new parents". The Client Service Specialist posting sets the day as "from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!)". BambooHR does not publish a shorter working week.
