What is Bamboo Rose?
Bamboo Rose makes TotalPLM™, which it calls "the most comprehensive and innovative end-to-end platform for retail supply chain management". Retailers and brands use it to plan their ranges, design and develop products, source them from suppliers, place orders and manage distribution, with an AI layer it calls Decision Intelligence built in. It serves fashion and apparel, food and consumables, and general merchandise, and says more than $2 trillion of retailer revenue is under management on the platform. Customers it names include Petco, Accent Group, Serena & Lily, R.M.Williams, Bealls, Primary Kids and DK Company. Backbone PLM, a design-centric product that is now part of TotalPLM, remains supported for its existing customers. In December 2025 it reported record TotalPLM adoption and a third straight year of growth, and in 2026 it won AI Breakthrough's Decision Intelligence Platform of the Year award.

Most likely from home. "Our team is remote-first. We value talent, wherever we find it." Bamboo Rose's home is Gloucester, Massachusetts, and its second base is Bangalore in India, but its people are spread "from the Pacific Northwest to the UK, and even down under". It provides "the tools and technology you need to be productive and connected at home", and the team works in Slack, Zoom and monday.com. Work-Life Balance
Every other Friday is off. The careers page offers "Bamboo Rose Fridays (every other Friday off as part of a 10 & 9 biweekly schedule)", and the about page lists "Bamboo Rose Fridays off" first among its benefits. It does not say whether the nine working days are longer ones. Time off is unlimited ("Enjoy unlimited PTO"), and a remote-first team has no commute. One Glassdoor review from August 2026 says the alternate Friday "is relaxed if sprint work completed", so on some teams the day off may depend on the sprint.
