About AUTODOC
What is AUTODOC?
AUTODOC is a Berlin-based online retailer of car parts and accessories. Its group website says "Today, we are the leading digital pure-play automotive parts platform in Europe" and its story page dates the start to 2008 ("AUTODOC is founded in Berlin-Weißensee"). The legal entity is Autodoc SE, whose legal notice gives the address "Friedrichstraße 111 10117 Berlin Germany" and the Berlin commercial register number HRB 256466 B. The Facts & figures page, which covers the 2025 reporting period, lists revenue of "€1,807.9 million", 9.3 million customers, 7.8 million products, 7 warehouses and 50,000+ orders per day. The adverts say "Present across 27 countries with around 6,000 employees" and the Lisbon adverts mention "more than 5,500 professionals from over 50 different countries". The board mixes office roles with customer-support desks and warehouse jobs; this profile covers the office-based roles only, and the support and warehouse titles are filtered out.
Where will I work?
Berlin is the headquarters: the locations page says "Berlin is AUTODOC’s headquarters and remains the centre of strategic leadership and administrative functions". Lisbon is "one of AUTODOC’s key technology hubs, bringing together teams across software, data and product development as well as B2B-focused functions", the Chișinău teams "support customer service, marketing and IT", Ukraine "has been a key location for technology and service functions" since 2015, and Poland is home to a "large operational and organisational team" next to its Szczecin logistics hub. On 6 November 2026 the office-based adverts that state flexible hours were in Portugal (6, all Lisbon), Poland (6, Warsaw and Szczecin), Germany (3, Berlin), Ukraine (3, Kyiv and Odesa) and Moldova (2, Chișinău). The live board also has four adverts in Almaty, Kazakhstan, not counted here; two of them (the Vendor Manager - Private Brands roles) carry the same line. The adverts describe a hybrid model, "Flexible working hours and hybrid work", without a stated number of office days, and two adverts (the Lisbon Senior Data Analyst and the Chișinău SRE Engineer) say "The position is available for candidates based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova or Kazakhstan".
What is the AUTODOC team like?
The adverts describe a team "of more than 5,500 professionals from over 50 different countries" and say "We celebrate diversity and are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills." The office-based roles open on 6 November 2026 cover brand and marketplace marketing, finance consulting, data analysis, site reliability engineering, an HRIS product owner, category management, motion design, logistics process engineering and health and safety. The perks lists include "Free English and German language classes" ("(after probation period)" in most Lisbon adverts; Polish added in most Polish adverts) and "over 650 courses on soft and hard skills on our e-learning platform". The site reliability adverts include an on-call rotation. The board also holds multilingual customer-support roles and warehouse jobs, which are a different working pattern from the office roles.
Work-Life Balance
The careers pages read list the adverts only, so the working-hours wording sits in the benefit list of each advert: "Flexible working hours and hybrid work." It appears in 25 of the 50 adverts, and in 20 of them once the customer-support desks are set aside, across marketing, finance, data, engineering, product, category management and logistics roles in Portugal, Poland, Germany, Ukraine and Moldova. No core-hours window is stated, and the Lisbon Customer Engagement Specialist advert states "Full time contract (40 hours a week)". Leave differs by country: "Annual vacation of 30 days and 1 additional day off on your birthday" in Berlin, "Annual vacation of 25 working days and 1 additional day off on your birthday" in Lisbon, "Guaranteed 26 vacation days per calendar year, regardless of seniority" in Warsaw and "Annual vacation of 28 calendar days and 1 additional day off on your birthday" in Kyiv. Several customer-support adverts describe an "8 hours rotational shift", so the flexible-hours line does not describe those roles. Glassdoor could not be read, so no work-life balance rating is recorded.
