About ArmorCode

What is ArmorCode?

ArmorCode is a security software company. Its About page says "ArmorCode is redefining security governance in the AI era as the agentic control plane for Unified Exposure Management." In its adverts it explains the product as one platform that "unifies, prioritizes, and remediates risk across applications, code, software supply chain, cloud, infrastructure, and AI." The company states its mission as "Democratize software security and help build the safest software possible" on that same page, and its adverts name Visa, PayPal, Volvo Group and Johnson Controls among the global enterprises that use the platform.

The company's CEO wrote that ArmorCode was founded in July 2020, and its 2021 launch press release says it was founded in 2020 in Palo Alto, California. On 3 March 2026 it announced $16 million in new strategic funding, which it said took the total funding raised to date to $81M.

Where will I work?

The contact page lists its location as 2100 Geng Road Suite 210, Palo Alto, CA 94303, and its 2021 and 2026 press releases carry a Palo Alto dateline. On 7 November 2026 the company's Greenhouse board listed seven live roles: three in India (Gurugram for the AP & AR Analyst and the Technical Product Manager, Bengaluru for the Customer Success Engineer) and four posted as remote roles in the United States (Director of Customer Success, Regional Sales Manager for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and secondary territories, Sales Development Manager and VP of Channel Partners). The leadership page lists one of the co-founders with the title "Managing Director (India)", and the Greenhouse board files the India adverts under an India office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The India adverts name only the city and do not say how many days a week are expected in an office, while the shared benefits paragraph in every advert mentions "remote work options". Ask the recruiter how this works for the specific role.

What is the ArmorCode team like?

ArmorCode calls its culture the 5H values, and the careers page lists them as "Hungry. Humble. Hardworking. Honest. Human." The adverts say the company believes in promoting from within and recognises its people through "awards, employee of the month programs, and other forms of acknowledgment." The leadership page names Nikhil Gupta as CEO and Founder, with Praneet Khare and Deepak Yadav as co-founders. The seven roles live on the board on 7 November 2026 cover Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product, so this is a white-collar, software-company board rather than a shift or field employer. The Customer Success Engineer advert, for example, asks for Python scripting experience and hands-on use of AI tools in technical work.

Work-Life Balance

Every one of the seven live adverts carries the same paragraph: "Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible hours and remote work options to promote a sustainable lifestyle." We read it on 7 November 2026 in adverts from five functions (Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product) and in both countries: the three India adverts and the four United States adverts. It is company-wide advert text rather than a policy page, and the careers page does not repeat it. None of the adverts publishes a core-hours window, a weekly-hours figure or a number of leave days, and the company does not claim a shorter working week, so treat this as flexibility over when you work, with no further detail published.

Perks and Benefits

  • Health insurance for employees and dependents, as the adverts put it: "health insurance for employees and dependents".
  • Learning and upskilling: "We encourage learning and skilling, and aid our employees to continuously upskill themselves."
  • "Competitive salaries and performance-based bonuses", as the adverts put it.
  • Flexible hours and remote work options, as stated in the Work-Life Balance paragraph above.
  • Recognition through awards and employee of the month programs.
  • Career progression, with the company saying it believes in promoting from within.
