What is AirDNA?
AirDNA is the short-term rental industry's data platform. It tracks the performance of more than 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo listings worldwide and turns that into market intelligence — occupancy, pricing, revenue and demand analytics that hosts, property managers, investors and tourism organisations use to make smarter decisions.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, AirDNA is backed by private equity (Alpine Investors) and combined with sister data businesses to form a broader travel-data group.

AirDNA is headquartered in Denver with a European hub in Barcelona; US roles are frequently advertised as remote.
