What is Adsmurai?
Adsmurai is a Barcelona-based growth-tech and digital marketing company. Its About page shows the counters "2014 Year founded 460+ Specialists 9+ Countries" and says it has combined proprietary technology, AI, data and expert teams for brands since 2014. The adverts describe the company in Spanish as "Somos un Growth-Tech Partner" (we are a growth-tech partner) built around its own software, "Nuestra plataforma, Adsmurai Marketing Platform, es el cerebro de todo" (our platform, the Adsmurai Marketing Platform, is the brain of everything), which centralises campaign, data, audience and feed management. Alongside the platform it sells agency-style services: paid media, programmatic advertising, SEM, creative production, analytics and marketing-mix modelling. The adverts add "Somos partner oficial de Meta, Google, Pinterest y TikTok, y referente para marcas líderes en retail-fashion, lujo, educación y deportes" (an official partner of Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok, and a reference for leading retail-fashion, luxury, education and sports brands). The legal notice names the company as ADSMURAI S.L. with its registered office at Passeig de Gràcia 60 in Barcelona.
Where will I work?
The headquarters are in Barcelona, on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors of Passeig de Gràcia 60, and the careers page lists the offices as "Barcelona Madrid Málaga Bogotá New York Dubai Milan". On 6 November 2026 the live job board holds 26 adverts: 12 in Barcelona, 10 in Madrid (C. de Rafael Calvo 18) and 4 in Bogotá; Málaga is listed on the careers page but has no open advert today. 21 of the 22 Spanish adverts describe a hybrid office-remote model: 12 say "Modelo híbrido oficina-remoto con 2 días de teletrabajo" (hybrid model with 2 remote days), 3 give the same 2 days in other words and 6 give no day count, while the IT support advert says "Es un rol práctico y 100% presencial" (a practical, 100% on-site role). Three of the four Bogotá adverts say "con 3 días de home office". The careers page lists "Flexible schedule & remote work": "Flexibility to manage your hours and work from home or the office." The adverts are written in Spanish and several treat English as a plus or a requirement.
What is the Adsmurai team like?
The adverts say "Nuestro equipo, formado por más de 460 expertos, es clave en esta revolución tecnológica" (our team of more than 460 experts is key to this technological revolution), while the About page also mentions a global team of over 400 people working in 5 countries. The careers page groups the teams as Finance & Operations, Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Product Development and People & Home, and gives four values: Passionate Players, Walk, Run, Fly, Make Things Happen and Work Together. It describes the culture as "Good people, Good environment, Good quality of life". Today's adverts are mostly in the service team (14 of 26 are digital marketing roles such as paid media, programmatic, SEM and account management), with three creative roles, two sales roles, and single roles in solutions engineering, marketing science, market research, people and IT support; there is also an internship in Madrid and a Colombian apprenticeship. The adverts add that the company was born in 2014 "de una conversación entre amigos" (from a conversation between friends). They do not describe interview stages.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page states the policy directly: "Flexibility to manage your hours and work from home or the office." The Spanish adverts list it under what the company offers, as "Flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida" (flexible start and finish times) in 18 adverts and "Horarios flexibles de entrada y salida" in 6 more: 24 of the 26 adverts on 6 November 2026, covering all 22 Spanish adverts and 2 of the 4 Colombian ones, across eight functions from paid media and creative to sales, analytics, marketing science, IT support, people and market research. No core hours are stated in these 24 adverts (the Bogotá apprenticeship advert, which lacks the wording, says "Horario de lunes a viernes (9h a 18h)"). 11 of the 26 adverts offer "Jornada intensiva los viernes, prefestivos laborables, mitad de julio y agosto" (intensive hours on Fridays, on working days before holidays and for half of July and August; the wording varies by office, for example "Jornada intensiva los viernes y en diciembre-enero" in three Bogotá adverts), and the careers page lists a summer intensive schedule for "Every Friday of the year and during summer periods" and a shortened schedule on pre-holiday days; the hours of an intensive day are not stated. 21 of the 22 Spanish adverts give 23 vacation days plus one extra day for each year of service (the internship gives 10), and three Colombian adverts give 15 plus one per year; the careers page adds a day off on your birthday.
