What is Acuity Insights?
Acuity Insights is a Toronto-based educational technology company that helps higher-education institutions select, nurture, and graduate the most well-rounded students. The flagship product, Casper, is the leading situational-judgment test for medical, teacher, business, and engineering school admissions — measuring soft skills like empathy, self-awareness, resilience, and ethical judgment beyond just grades. Acuity also offers program-management tools and analytics for medical and health-sciences programs.
Formed in 2014 from the merger of Altus Assessments and One45. Today serves 600+ programs globally with 280,000+ learners annually. ~160 employees, ~$16M annual revenue. Where will I work?
Acuity Insights is remote-first across Canada with up to six weeks per year working internationally. The team is anchored in Toronto but distributed across Canadian provinces.
