About 360Learning
What is 360Learning?
360Learning is a Paris-based software company that sells an AI-driven learning management system (LMS) to large employers. Its homepage calls it "An enterprise learning platform, loved by L&D leaders, approved by leading HCM vendors, and recognized for AI innovation." and its Why 360Learning page says "more than 2,500 L&D teams use 360Learning". The company was founded in 2013 and its registered office is at 12 Rue Charlot, 75003, Paris; its terms of use also list local entities in the UK, the US, Canada and Germany. The adverts say 360Learning "has raised $240 million" since it was founded; its blog reports a $41 million Series B in 2019 from Bpifrance, Hi Inov, XAnge, Educapital and ISAI, and its newsroom links coverage of a $200 million round in 2021 headlined "SoftBank, Sumeru Lead $200 Million Funding in Learning Startup".
Where will I work?
On 6 November 2026 the Lever board listed 46 adverts, 45 of them vacancies (the 46th is a standing Spontaneous Application page): Paris (20), Spain (8), Berlin (8), London (4), Canada (4) and the USA (1). All 45 vacancies are marked full time and 44 remote; the Employee Experience Specialist advert (Paris), which includes office facilities duties, is marked hybrid. All 20 France vacancies say "full remote work possible anywhere in France"; 4 of the 8 Spain adverts and 5 of the 8 German adverts say the same for their own country, and the others say "Total work from home possible anywhere in Spain" or "Total work from home possible anywhere in Germany". Of the four UK adverts, two say "Total work from home possible anywhere in the UK", one "full remote work possible anywhere in the UK" and one repeats the France line. Working abroad is possible but gated: "Working remotely from outside France is also possible, subject to some conditions (tenure, performance, destination, length, etc.) and the approval of our Remote Committee". The US advert describes 360Learning as "a remote-first organization".
What is the 360Learning team like?
Work is organised around what the company calls Convexity, a culture deck that the adverts link to. The current external deck says "It’s not for everyone." and that Convexity creates "a low-authority, low-politics environment where high flexibility can thrive". Older versions of the deck (October 2021 slides, June 2022 PDF on the company site) state "We only boss ourselves." and "Convexity is the #1 reason why people join 360Learning.", say "Our method is not designed to be a fit for everyone." and ask candidates to review the deck; there individuals "fully own our own scopes, achievements, and failures", work to OKRs, get a coach for regular check-ins and are reviewed quarterly. The adverts also say the company has "6 active ERGs including Mental Health, Environmental/Sustainability, Women, Parents, LGBTQIA2S+, and Ethnic Diversity". Open roles span sales, customer success, solutions engineering, engineering, product, design, training, marketing, finance and HR, so expect a remote, written-first, high-ownership team spread across several countries.
Work-Life Balance
Hours are described in the adverts and on the company’s culture pages. On 6 November 2026, 43 of the 46 adverts (42 of the 45 vacancies) stated flexible hours, mostly in a Balance line such as "Balance: Flexible hours, full remote work possible anywhere in France" (the Spain, Germany and UK adverts also open that line with "Flexible hours"), and the US and one Canadian advert say "We are a remote-first organization and promote flexible work hours"; the other three Canadian adverts do not mention hours. The company’s culture pages go further. Its 360Learner journey post says "We want everyone to be free to choose where and when they want to work, providing they deliver the right impact and contribute to our shared success." and its remote-work post says "we favor asynchronous work over synchronous as much as possible." The older Convexity deck put it as "Totally free to choose where and when we work, the only thing we commit to the organization is performance.", while the current external deck words it as "high flexibility" and "We trust teams to shape how work happens so they can perform at their best — within a shared framework" that keeps their ways of working consistent. No core hours or required overlap window is stated in any advert. The older deck is open that the model is demanding: people "commit to high-performance" and work to measurable goals. These pages are marketing statements (the posts date from 2021 and were updated in June 2026), so read them as the stated culture rather than a contract term.
