About the position
As a Warehouse Operator (all genders) within our Warehouse & Logistics team, you will actively contribute to the smooth storage and retrieval as well as disposition of materials in a highly automated warehouse and transport system. Ready for your start?
Our Warehouse & Logistics team in the Devices organization is responsible for storage and retrieval, goods receipt and dispatch, and material disposition worldwide. Through strong teamwork, including with other departments, we ensure material flow through a highly automated warehouse and transport system to production at all times. In Devices, the production of insulin pens and auto-injectors takes place. Additionally, our team works with focus, sustainability, and according to the highest quality standards. Open and transparent communication characterizes our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation of technical equipment in the warehouse (e.g. storage and retrieval machines, autonomous transport vehicles, conveyor technology visualizations and scanner systems) while adhering to all GMP requirements

Loading and unloading of vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.)

Goods receipt inspection of deliveries based on delivery notes as well as sample collection upon goods receipt

Execution of all relevant quality controls for incoming deliveries

Sorting and repalletizing of deliveries by batch as needed

Cleaning activities as well as monitoring of activities in the warehouse, disposal zones, transfer corridors and the department
About you

Experience:

Experience in a GMP environment is advantageous, ideally in production supply

Logistics understanding

SAP knowledge (PLE)

Forklift certification

Basic IT skills (MS Office)

Education:

Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist or logistics specialist

Compensation is based on the federal collective bargaining agreement of the chemical industry.// Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem Bundesentgelttarifvertrag der chemischen Industrie.
