Main Responsibilities:

Operation and regulatory compliance: Execute operational activities with strict adherence to current procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), global standards, and company guidelines.

Order, cleanliness, and area management: Ensure the order and cleanliness of areas, equipment, and instruments, including material reception, and the clearing and release of the Visual Inspection and Packaging area.

Operational support: Perform support activities such as pre-startup adjustments and during processes, as well as in-process controls, sampling, and monitoring in accordance with current procedures.

Documentation and data integrity: Ensure Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity in all assigned activities.

Waste management and anomaly escalation: Ensure proper waste management and disposal, and immediately escalate any anomaly or malfunction of processes, materials, systems, services, or equipment.

Safety, continuous improvement, and organizational culture: Actively participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects, in corrective/preventive actions and investigations, in continuous process improvement, in +QDCI meetings, and in organizational culture (PTW, All In, Azteca Verde).

Training and teamwork: Comply with the standard training plan for the position and collaborate in constant communication with colleagues and supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
About You

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in visual inspection or packaging areas within the pharmaceutical industry.

Soft and technical skills: Knowledge of visual inspection processes, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), waste management, focus on product quality, teamwork, and effective communication.

Education: High school education.

Languages: Spanish
