As a Warehouse Operator within our Manufacturing & Supply – Sanofi Vaccines Mexico team, you will be a key player in ensuring that materials and raw materials are available at the right time and place for the production of Influenza vaccines. Ready to get started?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify materials, raw materials, and embryonated eggs in accordance with quality certificates, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with established standards.

  • Manage the physical and SAP storage of received materials, assigning correct locations and printing identification labels with system data.

  • Supply inventory and non-inventory materials to production areas using SAP and PDA, responding promptly to requests from each area.

  • Store and transport monovalent antigen bulk, ensuring the loading of units on time and in accordance with production and planning schedules.

  • Maintain the cold chain and optimal storage and distribution conditions for temperature-sensitive products.

  • Review, generate, and safeguard GxP documents (logs, checklists, formats), complying with Good Documentation Practices and the site's Data Integrity criteria.

  • Perform physical inventories, weekly environmental monitoring, and participate in quality, safety, and manufacturing excellence walkthroughs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain areas, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food industry with regulatory standards

  • Soft and technical skills:

  • Handling of SAP and PDA devices

  • Operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and pallet trucks

  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and HSE standards

  • Inventory and cold chain management

  • Attention to detail and orientation toward regulatory compliance

  • Teamwork and ability to train others

  • Education: High school diploma completed

  • Languages: Spanish, basic English
