Job Description
Context
As part of the acceleration of its digital transformation within the AI Factory entity, the AI Platform's mission is to structure and industrialize artificial intelligence capabilities.
You will join a multidisciplinary squad of approximately 10 people (Product Manager, front-end developers, AI Engineers, Ops and QA), with the objective of advancing the agentic platform to a new level of performance, robustness, innovation and business value.
Job Objective
As AI Tech Lead, you are the technical reference for the squad. You ensure the architectural quality of developments, carry the technical vision of the platform and support the team's skill development. You play a key role in the strategy of the agentic platform across the company (20,000 platform users).
Mission Description
Architecture & Technical Excellence
• Define and evolve the architecture of the agentic platform in line with group standards
• Ensure code quality, scalability and maintainability
• Make key technical choices (frameworks, patterns, infrastructure)
• Conduct code reviews and define development best practices
Leadership & Squad Animation
• Orchestrate the squad's technical work on a daily basis
• Support and develop the skills of AI Engineers and developers
• Be the technical facilitator between different stakeholders (PM, Ops, QA)
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, retrospectives)
Platform Strategy
• Contribute to the development of the platform's technical roadmap
• Align architectural choices with user needs and the company's strategic objectives
• Ensure active monitoring of the agentic AI ecosystem (LLM, RAG, orchestration...)
• Collaborate with the Head of Platform to prioritize technical investments

Professional Skills & Soft Skills
• Technical Leadership: Ability to unite a team around a clear technical vision
• Proactivity & Responsiveness: Risk and need anticipation, quick decision-making
• Rigor & Method: Structured approach, attention to quality and detail
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral & written), with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Autonomy: Ability to take initiatives and advance on complex topics with minimal supervision
Desired Profile
• BAC+5 engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.
• +15 years of experience in software development, including significant experience as a Tech Lead.
• Proven experience on AI / GenAI / agentic systems projects (web is a plus)
• Experience in Agile and product environments
• Fluent English level is required, due to the ability to evolve in an international and demanding context
