The team assists French and international clients with all tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganizations, real estate investment transactions, project financing, as well as financial taxation and executive tax matters.
The intern will be responsible for conducting various research, analyzing documents, and examining tax aspects related to M&A, project or real estate financing, and executive and wealth taxation. They will participate in drafting consultations, documents, notes, and memos on tax issues. They will also be responsible for preparing training and conference materials, as well as monitoring legal and tax developments.
In addition to strong reasoning skills and curiosity, excellent command of English and a good sense of humor are the qualities required to make the most of this internship. As a law student (Master I, Master II, IEJ, Bar School), you have preferably already completed an internship in a business law firm.
