The team advises French and international clients on all tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, intra-group reorganisations, real estate investment transactions, project financings, as well as financial taxation and the taxation of executives.
The intern will be responsible for carrying out a variety of research tasks, analysing documents and the tax aspects related to M&A, project or real estate financing transactions, executive taxation and wealth planning. They will take part in drafting advice, documents, notes and memos on tax issues. They will also be expected to prepare training and conference materials, as well as legal and tax monitoring.
In addition to good reasoning skills and curiosity, an excellent command of English and a good sense of humour are the qualities required to make the most of this internship. Students of law (Master I, Master II, IEJ, Ecole du Barreau), preferably with prior experience in a business law firm.
