Responsibilities:
- Support administrative, operational, or technical routines, according to the allocation area.
- Organize, update, and control documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Provide support to teams in daily demands and process monitoring.
- Provide service to internal and/or external clients, when applicable.
- Monitor indicators, deadlines, and operational controls.
- Participate in alignment meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Support logistics, financial, commercial, technical, or HR activities, according to professional profile.
- Comply with internal procedures, quality standards, safety, and compliance.
Academic / Technical Background
- Complete High School or Technical or Higher education in progress or completed.
- Proven experience desirable.
- Intermediate/advanced English desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Location
Our positions will be for Macaé, Rio de Janeiro or Offshore.
Commercial hours (Mon - Fri) - hybrid regime (3x2)
