The main mission of an agent at Dulcedo is to build your portfolio of talents you want to work with and guide them through their careers and the achievement of their professional goals. It's simple—you must be passionate about the influence world and human relationships, and you must be motivated to exceed the objectives and expectations we have for you. The person we're looking for already has a vast network in the Quebec entertainment world and can quickly connect Dulcedo with talents and potential opportunities.

What you'll do day-to-day:
- Discover and sign new talents and know the key players in the influence and entertainment world in Quebec.
- Guide your talents in their development, help them increase their visibility and audience on social networks.
- Reach (and exceed!) your monthly sales, revenue, and retention targets by landing solid commercial opportunities for your talents.
- Handle negotiations and support the execution of brand campaigns and partnerships, always defending your talents' interests to the maximum.
- Propose personal branding strategies and growth tactics on social networks tailored to each talent.
- Collaborate with other Dulcedo team members on projects aimed at showcasing your talents and creating unforgettable partnerships.
- Play an active role in the integration and day-to-day experience of your talents within the Dulcedo family.
- Participate in industry events and meetings with your talents, even outside business hours, to stay connected and keep an eye on trends.
What you bring:
- Between 1-3 years of relevant experience in an agency or in-house in the digital marketing industries (influence, social networks), PR, or events touching the influence world or Quebec entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of the Quebec market: you know how to spot promising talents (rising stars!) and can proactively build connections.
- Experience in negotiation and influence campaign management, with the goal of landing advantageous collaborations for your talents.
- An established network in the PR, media, and influence marketing sectors on the brand side, to create strategic partnerships that benefit your roster.
- Solid understanding of social platforms, tools, algorithms, and analytics to help your talents gain visibility and grow.
- Comfortable with contract review (redlining) to protect your talents' interests and negotiate clear and favorable terms.
- Ability to stay calm and adapt in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Natural talent for building authentic relationships and connecting with all kinds of personalities.
- True passion for the industry, with the energy and availability required for a demanding role that requires flexibility and constant communication with talents, even outside regular hours.
- A degree in administration, law (big plus!), communications, or marketing is a nice asset.
