The main mission of an agent at Dulcedo is to build your portfolio of talents you want to work with and to guide them in their careers and in achieving their professional goals. The person we are looking for already has an extensive network in Quebec's entertainment world and can quickly connect Dulcedo with potential talents and opportunities.

What you will do day to day: Discover and sign new talents and know the key players in the influence and entertainment world in Quebec. Guide your talents in their development, helping them increase their visibility and audience on social networks. Reach (and exceed!) your monthly sales, revenue and retention targets by landing solid business opportunities for your talents. Handle negotiations and support the execution of brand campaigns and partnerships, always defending the interests of your talents to the fullest. Propose personal branding strategies and social network growth tactics tailored to each talent. Collaborate with other members of the Dulcedo team on projects aimed at making your talents shine and creating unforgettable partnerships. Play an active role in the integration and day-to-day life of your talents within the Dulcedo family. Attend industry events and meetings with your talents, even outside office hours, to stay connected and up to date with trends.
What you bring: Between 1-3 years of relevant experience in an agency or in-house in digital marketing (influence, social media), PR or events touching on the influence or Quebec entertainment world. Strong knowledge of the Quebec market: you can spot promising talents (rising stars!) and proactively build connections. Experience in negotiation and managing influence campaigns, with the goal of landing advantageous collabs for your talents. Established network in PR, media and influence marketing on the brand side, to create strategic partnerships that benefit your roster. Solid understanding of social platforms, tools, algorithms and analytics to help your talents gain visibility and grow. Comfortable with contract redlining to protect your talents' interests and negotiate clear and advantageous terms. Ability to stay calm and adapt in a fast-moving environment, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Natural talent for building authentic relationships and connecting with all kinds of personalities. True passion for the industry, with the energy and availability needed for a demanding role that requires flexibility and constant communication with talents, even outside regular hours. A degree in administration, law (big plus!), communications or marketing is a great asset.
