For this position, you will work at Nmbrs Payroll in Amsterdam. You will work closely with your direct colleagues at this location while being part of the broader Nmbrs organization.

Your role

  • Learn more about the Dutch salary system and gain access to certified training in the field of payroll administration;

  • Handle questions from Dutch customers about our Payroll & HR software;

  • Find the best solutions for customers by using our knowledge base, conducting your own research, and seeking advice from our own experts;

  • Connect internally with various teams to serve the customer as well as possible;

  • Enable our customers to find solutions themselves by improving our knowledge base and in-app support;

  • Work with Zendesk, Slack, WalkMe, and Jira.

Your profile

  • Dutch is your native language and you speak fluent English;

  • Experience in customer contact is a plus;

  • You have HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level or you have comparable practical experience;

  • You are interested in a career in Dutch Payroll & HR;

  • You are empathetic, patient, and possess strong communication skills.
