Job description

Provide application support for market finance tools (front-to-back)

Handle production incidents (analysis, diagnosis, resolution, or escalation)

Support users (traders, sales, middle office) on a daily basis

Monitor systems (monitoring, alerts, performance)

Take part in production releases, testing, and deployments

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation
Qualifications

Degree in computer science, finance, or engineering

Strong interest in market finance and IT systems

Good understanding of front, middle, and back office flows
-
Good level of professional English required
-
Prior experience in IT support, application support, or banking environments is appreciated
