About the role:
The Supply Chain intern supports the department's initiatives and routines, collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Sales) and external suppliers. Acts as a focal point in monitoring imports, controlling suppliers, and tracking performance indicators. The goal is to contribute to operational excellence and strategic alignment of the area.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitors end-to-end import processes, from purchase order issuance to warehouse arrival.
- Supports department expense control, ensuring correct verification of values and payment organization.
- Consolidates and updates performance indicator dashboards based on monthly results, promoting analysis and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ongoing graduation in Pharmacy, Administration, Engineering, or related fields in exact sciences.
- Intermediate-level Excel for data organization, analysis, and tracking.
- Advanced English, with good written and verbal communication.
- Graduation month and year after July/2028, evening period.
- Availability to work on-site 4x per week in Morumbi (South Zone of São Paulo), from 9am to 4pm.
