THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Store Manager (all genders) in Konstanz, you are responsible for the commercial success and further development of the store. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team, you will implement strategic decisions. You will also ensure an optimal shopping experience and an ideal working environment for your team of approximately 40 employees.

you have several years of professional experience in retail as well as a completed commercial apprenticeship (or a comparable position).

you have experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback sessions, scheduling, and vacation planning.

you possess a strong analytical understanding and can confidently evaluate relevant KPIs to derive targeted measures.
