Market Intelligence & Talent MappingMaintain deep expertise across technical talent markets — tracking competitive landscapes, compensation trends, and emerging skill sets. Conduct talent mapping, execute sophisticated multi-channel sourcing strategies, and regularly brief leaders on market conditions to inform workforce planning. Inclusive Hiring & Talent AttractionEmbed equitable, structured hiring practices throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Partner with talent communities and strategic sourcing channels to expand access to underrepresented talent and champion a consistent, values-driven candidate experience. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting DEPA organizations in high-growth environments, ideally within consumer technology, marketplace, or mobile-first companies
Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation, including experience shaping hiring strategy across multiple technical functions and seniority levels
Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement capabilities
Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization
Experience leveraging recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
