Job Description
We are looking for a sales representative for the southern zone of the country, with residence in Arequipa, passionate about making an impact on patients' health and with a strong interest in developing in the areas of vaccines, primary care and specialties.
The candidate must be available to travel within the country 30% of the time.
General role:
Organize and carry out the promotional activities for the brands in charge.
Responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of the physician and the assigned accounts regarding the product portfolio.
Reports directly to the Business Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all company courses and policies
- Carry out promotional guidelines at the physician level in private and/or public centers.
- Search for potential customers and physicians
- Implement sales techniques to identify and meet physician needs (Support)
- Visit the portfolio of customers and physicians assigned to the territory, and prepare sales management reports.
- Ensure compliance with the KPIs established by the organization
- Present the business and territory plan to the leadership committee
Requirements and Competencies
- Completed university studies
- Reside in Arequipa
- English level: Intermediate
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a sales representative, in the commercial area or marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ideal experience in the vaccines area.
- Responsible, organized, teamwork, high level of communication.
- Results-oriented, negotiation skills
- Intermediate Office skills
- Effective communication
