Job description

We are looking for a digital product PM with a focus on financial management and experience in Agile methodology to work on the product cycle, opportunity mapping, and result generation through the use of data, customer journeys, and strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the E2E financial management journey, from customer onboarding, consent capture, and account reconciliation to insights for SMEs.
  • Mapping new opportunities and leading projects, influencing internal and external partners.
  • Acting in the product cycle as the business area leader, influencing other business areas, development, UX, channels, marketing, CRM, among others.
  • Ensuring clarity, detail, and quality of stories in collaboration with the PO.
  • Defining product strategy, positioning, and OKRs, with a focus on customer satisfaction, scaling, and usage recurrence.
  • Monitoring the product P&L and defining actions to achieve the proposed financial results.
  • Monitoring the competition.
  • Working with an analytical, data-driven mindset, with a focus on the customer and results.

Qualifications
