Specialist Digital Care Programs

Auto-translated from Dutch · original: Specialist Digitale Zorgprogramma's

4 Day Work Week€3,800 – €4,600/moRemote · Utrecht, Netherlands

The 4-day week in Netherlands

About the role

With Luscii, patients can take measurements at home and answer questions about their health. Their care team can monitor remotely and receives a notification when extra attention is needed. We do this to relieve healthcare professionals and create room for care. If things are going well, a visit to the hospital is not always necessary. If a patient's health changes, the care team can respond sooner.

We design and build programs for various medical conditions with which care at a distance can be measured well and reliably. A medical program only truly makes an impact when the content and the digital setup are right. That is where you come in. You build, improve and maintain, together with our 'Medical Minds' and partners, the most widely used Luscii programs. You translate medical agreements into concrete settings for measurements, frequencies, alarm thresholds and workflows. You work with our Luscii Program Builder. Knowledge of programming is not required; medical insight and careful work are.

In addition, you work on solutions that we can use more often. For example, you help improve our ten most important Luscii programs and ensure that we can keep using programs efficiently, consistently and carefully for the many tens of thousands of patients who are already being monitored this way.

Your role

You ensure that our medical programs are technically well set up and remain aligned with practice. You work independently on configurations and consult with specialists and partners when a change requires extra attention. The healthcare professionals in the hospitals determine the medical content. You translate their agreements into a well-functioning digital program and ask questions when something is unclear.

What you will among other things do:

  • You build and manage programs in Luscii. You set up measurements, questionnaires, measurement frequencies, alarm thresholds, notifications and reminders based on medical requirements agreed in advance.

  • You focus on the top-10 programs within Luscii. You will continue to build, improve and maintain these so that hospitals can monitor even more patients at a distance.

  • You are in contact with hospitals, partners and external medical developers. You discuss their questions, clarify change requests and coordinate implementation with other colleagues.

  • You test configurations and check that changes work well. If you see a setting with possible risks, you involve the responsible specialist.

  • You check whether a change has consequences for other programs or clients. You report recurring limitations in Luscii to the appropriate product or technical owner.

  • You document what works well and share your knowledge with colleagues and partners. This way they can more often build and manage programs independently, and together we ensure an efficient way of working.

The ideal candidate...

... probably does not exist, but if you recognise yourself in many of the points below, we warmly invite you to apply! We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility and independently makes well-considered decisions. You enjoy having the freedom to shape your work and responsibilities, and actively seek collaboration and alignment with others where needed.

You understand how care processes work and want to know how to set them up well in a digital product. Perhaps you currently work as a CMD (clinical medical doctor), nurse, ANIOS, AIOS, digital care project leader or digital transformation consultant, which could be relevant to successfully fulfilling this role. Experience in exactly these roles is not necessarily required. You know exactly what healthcare professionals need and can translate that into a practical digital solution.

  • You have at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a medical field and experience in healthcare or with digital care projects.

  • You can translate the wishes of users or healthcare professionals into concrete system settings. You have experience setting up or configuring digital products or workflows.

  • You work analytically and accurately. You test changes carefully and identify possible errors or consequences for other components or care pathways and workflows.

  • You communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, partners and specialists. You understand how healthcare professionals work and ask follow-up questions to find out what they need.

  • Preferably you have experience with digital care, remote monitoring or clinical workflows. Knowledge of and experience with Luscii or a comparable platform is a plus.

  • You are open to Holacracy as a way of (working) together. At Luscii you receive a lot of freedom to organise your work and take responsibility for your choices and results.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and have a C1/C2 level of English. English is our language for internal communication, while communication with hospitals and partners will mainly be in Dutch. The application process will be conducted in both English and Dutch.
