Job Description
You will work on the Collection and Negative Reporting Modernization front, leading legacy system migration initiatives in a context of high complexity, multiple technical dependencies, and significant operational impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the squad backlog, defining scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Map and track dependencies, ensuring clarity regarding owners, deadlines, risks, and next steps.
- Anticipate risks, identifying potential blockers before they impact operations or the schedule.
- Ensure continuous visibility of delivery progress, pending decisions, and initiative status.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as dailies, refinements, plannings, and reviews.
- Drive strategic decisions regarding modernization, simplification, phasing, or discontinuation of solutions.
- Act as a connection point between Product, Technology, and partner areas, reducing noise and accelerating decision-making.
- Ensure the execution of critical initiatives in an environment of technological transformation and continuous evolution.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in technology squads.
- Solid experience in backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
- Ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and systems.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and delivery tracking skills.
- Analytical profile, focused on identifying and mitigating risks before they impact the business.
- Excellent communication to act at the interface between Product, Technology, and partner areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in modernization and legacy system migration projects.
- Experience in B2B products and operations, especially in the segments of credit, collections, negative reporting, credit bureaus, or payment methods.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, messaging, queues, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with high operational criticality ecosystems and large transactional volumes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and SQL.
