Job Description
The Growth team works with the performance cell of the Credit vertical, supporting the business squads. Unlike the business teams, performance compares across products: it aggregates data, points out opportunities and risks. This is a horizontal view position across the entire portfolio, with direct responsibility for the consistency of the vertical's target.
Responsibilities
- Carry out analyses involving cross-referencing of databases between squads, products and partners, ensuring comparable reading of performance across the entire credit portfolio.
- Constantly monitor the credit funnel end to end, acting as the main alert trigger for low performance, problems localised at specific funnel stages, drops in audience, or imbalance between products and partners.
- Diagnose the root cause behind the signals identified in the funnel and suggest potential solutions, proactively engaging the responsible teams (squad business, CRM, marketing, PMs) to address the problem.
- Create projection models focused on product performance, user behaviour and growth, including cannibalisation effects between products and impact on net revenue.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for different areas of the company, with standardised indicators per squad that enable fair comparison between distinct business teams.
- Turn data into strategic narratives that support business decisions and product roadmap, without replacing the squads' decision-making autonomy over policy, pricing or partnerships.
- Work in partnership with product and BizDev teams to generate business impact, participating in rituals such as the weekly bottom-up meeting and supporting the reconciliation of targets between squads.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of the analysed data, acting as the single source of truth for comparable metrics.
- Present insights in a clear, engaging way aimed at business audiences and leadership, including recommendations in cases of target tie-breaks between squads.
- Act autonomously on more complex analyses and propose improvements to the processes and the indicator standards of the performance cell.
Qualifications
- Communication skills with different audiences and clarity in presentations, including leaders of business squads and engaged teams (CRM, marketing, PMs).
- Command of analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI and Databricks.
- Knowledge of statistical models and growth projections will be a differentiator.
- High capacity for interpreting and generating insights from data with critical judgement.
- Prior experience in senior analytical positions, with a history of consultative work alongside business areas.
- Desirable: experience in the financial sector, credit or high-transaction-volume digital products.
