Job Description
We are looking for an analytical person with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to support the evolution of our commercial operations. This person will be responsible for transforming data into information for decision-making, partnering with commercial leadership, and driving initiatives that ensure operational governance, process efficiency, visibility of KPIs, and the continuous evolution of the area.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as a BP for the commercial team in the segment you support.
• Build analyses and indicators to support commercial management.
• Develop and monitor management reports.
• Ensure the quality and governance of commercial information.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in sales processes.
• Support commercial planning, tracking of goals, and results.
• Work on continuous improvement and process automation projects.
• Work together with commercial leadership and partner areas to ensure the execution of initiatives.
Competencies:
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical ability to transform data into insights and support decision-making.
• Ability to manipulate, organize, and interpret large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt the message for different audiences.
• Ease in building relationships and working with different stakeholders, especially commercial leadership.
• Proactive, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or related areas.
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM and building indicators.
- Good communication and ability to interact with different stakeholders, translating data and analyses into information that supports decision-making.
- Preferred qualifications: • Knowledge of SQL, experience with process automation and AI tools.
