Responsibilities
- Develop, evolve, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart
- Work on digital journeys in the credit marketplace, such as simulation, eligibility, offers, requests, and contracting
- Implement interfaces based on prototypes, flows, and design specifications
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions
- Implement and maintain integrations with REST APIs, external services, and third-party SDKs
- Contribute to code organization, design patterns, mobile architecture, and development best practices
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, stability, and technical quality of applications
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and easy-to-maintain code
- Implement and maintain automated tests, such as unit tests, integration tests, and, when applicable, widget tests
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution refinements
- Support technical investigations, bug fixes, and continuous improvements in applications
- Contribute to publishing practices, versioning, and app maintenance on Google Play and App Store
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Experience with mobile development using Flutter/Dart
- Experience with applications published or used in production
- Knowledge of state management, such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, or similar
- Experience with REST API consumption, authentication, caching, error handling, and asynchronous data manipulation
- Knowledge of mobile architecture, such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, modularization, or similar patterns
- Experience with automated tests, such as unit tests, integration tests, or widget tests
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, code review, and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of CI/CD, versioning, and mobile app publishing
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Technical English for reading and understanding documentation
- Good communication, collaboration, and autonomy to work on medium-complexity tasks
Differentials
- Experience with publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play and App Store
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and metrics in mobile applications
- Knowledge of tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Datadog Mobile RUM, or similar
- Sensitivity to UX/UI and mobile design best practices
- Experience with design systems, reusable components, or internal libraries
- Experience with financial products, credit, fintechs, banking, or marketplaces
- Knowledge of mobile security, authentication, data protection, and best practices for critical apps
- Experience with feature flags, A/B testing, or high-conversion journeys
- Experience in environments with critical integrations or high user volume
