We’re looking for an SMB Account Executiveto join Procore’s SMB Sales team. In this role, you’ll use your understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, and prospecting techniques to acquire small-to-mid-sized customers who can benefit from our industry-leading construction management platform. This position functions as a pure net-new logo acquisition engine where you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end.
As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll partner with internal supporting teams to manage the entire sales loop from initial outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up through to final closing. Use your outbound hunting mindset, consultative approach, and rigorous pipeline management to drive net-new revenue and transition traditional businesses to our leading platform. This position is based in our Dublin office, reporting to the Manager, SMB Sales.
What you’ll do:

Own the Full Net-New Cycle: Manage the end-to-end closing motion within your territory, focusing purely on hunting and winning net-new logo accounts.

Drive Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of your numbers by executing strategic prospecting plans, prioritising a heavy, self-sourced outbound model.

Execute Outbound Cadences: Independently research cold accounts, map cross-functional stakeholders in SMB construction firms, and run high-activity outreach.

Run High-Velocity Discovery: Lead sharp, consultative business conversations to uncover operational friction and align client needs with Procore’s platform value.

Leverage Inbound Support: Qualify and convert marketing or Sales Development Reo (SDR) leads when available, treating these supplementary channels as a bonus alongside your core pipeline.

Maintain Process Rigor: Partner with Solutions Engineers, manage precise forecasting within Salesforce, and deliver seamless post-sale handoffs to Account Management.
What we’re looking for:

SMB Closing Experience: Proven closing track record in software sales within the SMB market, preferably Business-to-Business (B2B).

Consultative Selling: Success in inside or outside sales roles using a solution-based approach.

Pipeline Mastery: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and accurately forecast a sales pipeline.

Digital Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills across phone, email, and Zoom.

Quota-Driven Resilience: Proven ability to maintain high pipeline momentum and navigate rejection effectively to drive net-new deals to close in a fast-paced sales cycle

Tools & Education: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferably Salesforce) plus a degree or equivalent practical experience
On Target Earning Range:
103,320.00 - 142,065 EUR Annual
Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
51,660.00 - 71,032.50 EUR Annual
