THE OPPORTUNITY:

CONTEXT: Within our R&D Framework & Architecture team, you will be responsible for bringing your vision and expertise to design and implement a new observability framework for our SaaS platform (on both front-end and back-end layers).

ROLE: You will join an agile team composed of 5 developers, 1 Dev Lead, 1 Product Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

  • Design and integrate observability standards (e.g. OpenTelemetry, DataDog) into our frontend platform (React) & backend (.Net 8)

  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure and development teams to understand observability needs and usage.

  • Implement high-performance solutions to collect, aggregate and analyze telemetry data in collaboration with teams managing observability tools (DataDog, Grafana...)

  • Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of existing systems.

  • Write technical documentation and share best practices within the team.

  • Contribute to technology watch and innovation in the observability field.

YOUR PROFILE

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field.

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, ideally in the observability, monitoring or application performance management field.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, REACT, SQL.

  • Knowledge of observability tools and technologies such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, DataDog

  • You demonstrate adaptability and know how to anticipate issues

  • Analytical mindset, rigor and ability to solve complex problems.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
