Job description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer in Java to join our team! The candidate will have solid experience in developing complex systems using Java and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our backend applications.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain scalable and robust backend applications using Java.
· Design, implement, and optimize APIs and services.
· Work with relational and non-relational databases.
· Manage and optimize resources on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, among others.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
· Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices.
· Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and AWS.
Qualifications
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a senior backend developer with Java.
· Deep knowledge of the latest Java versions.
· Experience with AWS and related services (EC2, S3, DocumentDB, SQS, SNS, etc.).
· Knowledge of design and architecture of distributed and scalable systems.
· Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
· Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
· Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI/CD).
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications:
· Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
· Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies.
