Job Description
We are looking for a person to act in the strategic management of the sales force's variable compensation models. This person will be responsible for diagnosing and monitoring the health of the models, assessing whether their indicators, rules and incentives are aligned with the business's challenges and priorities.
The position will combine data analysis, business vision and communication. Your role will be to transform information about the models into diagnoses, recommendations and materials that support decisions and help different audiences understand the logic of the programs.
Main responsibilities
- Diagnose and monitor sales variable compensation models, assessing their alignment with business priorities and challenges.
- Analyze health and effectiveness indicators of the models, identifying trends, distortions, risks and opportunities for evolution.
- Develop analyses and simulations to evaluate the effects of rules, metrics and incentive mechanics on expected results and behaviors.
- Design and evolve monitoring dashboards and reports, translating data into useful information for leaders and partner areas.
- Contribute to the governance of the models, supporting the organization of rules, criteria, documentation and review cycles.
- Prepare and conduct training on the different models, adapting communication to audiences and the needs of each context.
- Work in partnership with areas such as Sales, Finance and Business Intelligence to understand challenges and support incentive-related decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in variable compensation, commercial incentives, sales compensation, commercial intelligence or related analytical areas.
- Advanced Excel, with the ability to structure analyses, models and simulations.
- Knowledge of BI and data visualization, with experience building or evolving dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to interpret data in the context of the business.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience building materials and conducting training.
