In the Cabify Logistics unit, we are responsible for managing our parcel and goods delivery service. We work to improve and optimize deliveries to ensure the satisfaction of corporate clients, their own users, and drivers, while striving to be leaders in sustainability. Our main focus is on the corporate segment, offering express services for same-day or next-day deliveries through a fleet of motorcycles, cars, and vans. We have the trust of major industry partners such as McDonald's, Mercado Libre, Falabella, and Inkafarma, operating strategically in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. We are backed by highly ambitious business goals, projecting a six-fold increase in our revenue for the period between 2024 and 2026 to reach positive EBITDA.
🎯 Role Mission
The person in this position will take on the central purpose of boosting the continuous growth of Cabify Logistics in the Peruvian market, acting as a key piece within a new and rapidly growing business unit. Their mission will be to identify, prospect, and close strategic opportunities within the first and last-mile segment, ensuring profitable commercial expansion aligned with corporate values.

Prospect and develop potential accounts for the logistics business, actively integrating last mile services and complementary solutions.

Qualify commercial opportunities based on ideal customer criteria and company priorities.

Build strong relationships with new business accounts and close commercial contracts that ensure the fulfillment of assigned sales quotas and targets.

Master the logistics service portfolio in depth to maintain consultative, high-value conversations with potential accounts.

Present business proposals and solutions to senior management and decision-makers, fluently adapting the pitch to each level of interlocution.

Design and prepare customized commercial proposals, starting from a clear understanding of the account's operational needs, including economic and payment terms.

Manage and keep the company CRM updated, rigorously recording every interaction, the progress of prospecting, and the fulfillment of commercial KPIs.

Lead the full sales cycle, from the first commercial contact to account creation, award via Sales Event, and ensuring the client's first successful trip (CFIDO).

Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure efficient onboarding and correct implementation of the logistics service.

Provide continuous feedback to the Sales Management team on lead quality, commercial cycle optimization, business improvements, and brand positioning.

Share strategic insights with Management regarding market trends, competitive moves, and new opportunities to expand the value proposition.
🔍 What we are looking for

A genuine affinity with our organizational principles and our collaborative way of doing things.

Professional training in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally performing in hunter roles and corporate new business development.

Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills, showing full capacity to interact with different levels of the organization.

Strong orientation toward achieving results, high commitment, and a sense of ownership over set commercial goals.

A proactive, organized, and autonomous profile, backed by optimal personal management of time and daily priorities.

High capacity to build relationships based on mutual trust and to work collaboratively in a team.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, ideally with previous experience in Tableau and the global Google Workspace environment.

Desirable previous experience within startup environments, logistics sector companies, or dynamic, high-growth ecosystems.

Knowledge of the English language (considered a plus, not mandatory).
