Your responsibilities

Independent management of ongoing search mandates in the DACH region

Building long-term client relationships in your area of specialisation

Identifying and approaching highly qualified candidates

Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues

Developing a niche market with a long-term perspective
Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales

German at native level, very good English

Proactive and partnership-oriented mindset
