About Vercel:
Vercel gives developers the tools and cloud infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. As the team behind v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel helps customers like Ramp, Supreme, PayPal, and Under Armour build for the AI-native web.
Our mission is to enable the world to ship the best products. That starts with creating a place where everyone can do their best work. Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.
About the Role:
The Vercel Marketplace is our native integration ecosystem, connecting developers with the tools they need to build on the web's leading frontend platform. We've established a strong foundation with a growing partner base and a proven commercial model. Now we need to scale what's already working while building new partner motions for where the platform is headed.
We're looking for a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to help deepen and expand our partner footprint for the frontend cloud while building our ecosystem for the new agentic cloud. We have an active partner ecosystem, established relationships with top partners driving meaningful revenue, and a product roadmap that's accelerating. What we need is someone who can elevate the partner experience, streamline operations, ensure we're driving value in both directions, and grow the Marketplace as a core part of Vercel's platform story.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance. You'll report to the Head of Product Partnerships and be a key part of shaping how Vercel's partner ecosystem evolves.
This role will be based out of one of our US offices (SF, NY, Austin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
- Partner Operations & Program Management: Own the Marketplace partner pipeline end-to-end — from onboarding through launch and ongoing relationship management. Maintain pipeline health, enforce SLAs, and ensure partners ship integrations on time
- Partner Onboarding & Success: Be the primary point of contact for partners in active integration. Coordinate with Engineering on technical reviews, unblock partners, manage the launch process, and ensure a high-quality experience from first conversation to go-live
- Pipeline Prioritization: Continuously evaluate the partner pipeline against Vercel's strategic priorities. Recommend which partners to pursue, pause, or deprioritize, and keep the pipeline focused on what matters
- Commercial Programs & Partner Value: Design and operationalize commercial structures and programs that align partner investment with the value Vercel delivers. Ensure the right partners are getting the right level of support, distribution, and co-investment
- Co-Marketing & GTM Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to execute co-marketing plans, launch announcements, and partner spotlights. Ensure top-tier partners are featured in templates, v0 recommendations, and high-traffic surfaces
- Co-Sell Enablement: Work with Sales to bundle Marketplace integrations into enterprise deals. Enable the sales team with partner collateral and ensure strategic partners are part of the enterprise motion
- Reporting & Insights: Run quarterly business reviews, maintain dashboards on partner revenue, installs, and adoption metrics. Provide leadership with clear visibility into program health, strategic bets, and attainment of key performance metrics
About You:
- 5+ years in partner operations, program management, or marketplace management at a high-growth SaaS or platform company
- Experience managing a partner pipeline with multiple concurrent integrations at different stages
- Proven ability to build and run repeatable processes — onboarding workflows, tiering frameworks, partner communication cadences
- Strong organizational skills with a bias for action. You don't wait to be told what's next
- Comfortable working with data — pulling reports, building dashboards, using metrics to drive partner conversations and prioritization decisions
- Excellent communicator who can manage partner relationships at the working level while also preparing materials for executive conversations
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams
- Experience managing external partner relationships, including navigating priorities with senior stakeholders at partner companies
- Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, or cloud infrastructure ecosystems
Bonus If You:
- Have managed a SaaS marketplace or app ecosystem
- Have experience with commercial negotiations — rev share structures, tiered partner programs, co-sell motions
- Understand the AI/agent ecosystem and can speak credibly with partners building AI-native tools
- Have joined a team where the program existed but the playbook didn't, and you built it
