Design challenges you'll tackle: Bringing highly complex workflow to a new industry
Creating solutions that work for users at very different levels of technical experience
Balancing solution breadth with deliverability and velocity
Designing through ambiguity with a focus problem alignment
Your day-to-day: Defining problem statements and target user archetypes
Leveraging industry standard software, like Figma or Claude, to explore solutions
Collaborating with other designers, engineers and product team members
Presenting your work on small and large stages within the company
Gathering feedback from internal SMEs and external users to inform design decisions
Building on internal design practices to improve the end-to-end process
Nice to haves: Experience working in data-dense, technical products
Background in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or OT/IT convergence.
You’ve experimented with emerging technologies like AI tooling.
Familiarity with Git workflows, code review practices, and DevOps culture.
