Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst II to work on the construction, evolution and continuous improvement of digital products, supporting discovery processes, data analysis, opportunity prioritization and results tracking.

This person will work in partnership with Product Managers, UX, Data, Technology and business areas to transform real customer and user problems into hypotheses, experiments, learnings and product initiatives with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities Discovery and problem understanding

  • Support continuous discovery processes, participating in user research, data analysis, interviews, tests and hypothesis validation.

  • Help structure problems and opportunities, contributing to clarity of the pain point, impacted audience, expected value and risks involved.

  • Participate in the construction of experiments, prototypes, MVPs, pilots and rapid tests for solution validation.

  • Contribute to the definition of success criteria and metrics for tracking initiatives.

  • Work together with UX Research, Data, Product and Technology to consolidate learnings and generate actionable insights.

  • Organize discovery information, benchmarks, customer feedback and usage data to support decision-making.

Product strategy and analysis

  • Support the construction and evolution of product strategy, connecting user needs, business goals and technical capabilities.

  • Contribute with market analysis, trends, competition and user behavior to identify opportunities.

  • Support the construction of strategic materials, such as opportunity maps, prioritization matrices, impact analyses and feasibility studies.

  • Translate findings and data into clear recommendations for product evolution and roadmap prioritization.

  • Support the development of business cases, impact estimates and analyses related to revenue, experience, cost, efficiency and risk.

Execution connected to strategy

  • Support backlog prioritization, ensuring connection between identified problems, strategic objectives and expected value.

  • Monitor the progress of initiatives with technology, UX, data and business teams.

  • Practical knowledge in product discovery, including user research, testing, experimentation, hypotheses and problem framing.

  • Good analytical ability to interpret metrics, data, funnels, user behavior and product indicators.

  • Experience supporting requirements definition, backlog prioritization and tracking of digital initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate analyses, learnings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Experience with B2C digital products or large-scale platforms will be considered a differential.

  • Experience in the financial ecosystem, credit, collections, scoring or data will be considered a differential.

  • Knowledge in experimentation, growth, behavioral analysis or journey optimization will be considered differentials.
