Job Description
We are looking for a professional to support the evolution and success of Analytical Credit Solutions aimed at the B2B2C market, contributing to the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the product portfolio. This position will play a fundamental role in identifying opportunities, analyzing business indicators, and translating customer and market needs into improvements and new solutions, supporting the business unit's growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support the identification of business opportunities and product improvements, contributing to the development of solutions that generate value for customers and impact the unit's results;
- Conduct market, competitor, and credit sector trend analyses to support portfolio evolution;
- Track the performance of products under your responsibility, monitoring indicators, adoption, usage, and results, proposing adjustments when necessary;
- Participate in product lifecycle management, supporting launch, evolution, and, where applicable, discontinuation initiatives;
- Contribute to the definition and execution of Go-to-Market actions, in partnership with Marketing, BizDev, CX, and Growth areas;
- Act collaboratively with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between areas such as Analytics, Data, Legal, Marketing, CX, BizDev, Finance, and Technology;
- Prepare materials and executive presentations, consolidating results, indicators, and the status of portfolio initiatives;
- Support feasibility studies and impact analyses for new solutions, services, and business models.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, development, or support, preferably in the financial, credit, or data market;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset;
- Good communication and ability to build relationships with different areas and stakeholders;
- Completed higher education degree;
- Organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Proactive and problem-solving profile.
