Job description

Manage monitoring of headcount, budgets and forecasts and ensure data reliability (Clarity / Finance).

Coordinate portfolio management and ensure compliance with processes and GMIT governance.

Produce and consolidate reports and KPIs for management.

Harmonize and improve processes, tools and methodologies.

Coordinate communication between the IT, PMO, Finance, COO Office teams and regional stakeholders.

Identify gaps, track them and carry out necessary escalations.

Support transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience as a PMO, Project/Portfolio Management or IT Management, ideally in an international environment.
You are recognized for your rigor, sense of organization, analytical skills and interpersonal ease. You know how to work with a variety of stakeholders and manage several topics simultaneously.
English is essential.
