Job Description
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to work strategically and analytically on revenue consolidation and the full financial planning cycle. This position will play an essential role in understanding results, supporting decision-making, preparing structured analyses, and interacting constantly with various business areas.
The environment is dynamic, multitasking, and requires the ability to prioritize, a sense of ownership, autonomy, and the ability to work with multiple simultaneous deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the full FP&A cycle: budget, forecast, long-range plan, ad hoc analyses, and monthly closings.
- Perform revenue and cost consolidation for all business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
- Prepare variance analyses (actual vs. forecast vs. budget), explaining movements, trends, and risks/opportunities.
- Develop executive commentary and performance materials for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support strategic decisions with structured financial analyses, modeling, and scenarios.
- Ensure integration between business areas, promoting alignment and understanding of financial intelligence.
- Work on various simultaneous topics, maintaining organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and performance dashboards.
Technical Requirements
- Solid experience in FP&A, controllership, or financial planning.
- Strong command of revenue analysis, information consolidation, and financial storytelling.
- Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Oracle Hyperion, Tableau, or similar tools is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent analytical skills, numerical precision, and organization.
