Job Description:
- Develop and execute business plans for the designated region or area; supervise and coach medical representatives in analyzing and formulating detailed execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to promote the implementation of brand strategies within the region.
- Supervise and coach medical representatives to provide high-quality product information delivery, academic promotion, and relevant feedback.
- Plan and implement field visits with medical representatives.
- Participate in the selection, recruitment, and training/coaching of medical representatives.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of medical representatives, help them develop individual development plans, and build a reasonable talent pipeline.
- Actively participate in and promote compliance projects, lead by example, and communicate a culture of compliance. Comply with the regulations of medical institutions covered or visited regarding medical representatives or pharmaceutical company personnel.
- Qualifications
- Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 1+ year of management experience, with a track record of strong performance.
- General Skills: Logical thinking, results-oriented, high learning agility, resilience, achievement-driven, empathy, ownership (could add BU specific skill).
- Professional Skills: Strong regional business and personnel analysis capabilities, able to accurately identify regional opportunities; able to formulate regional sales strategies based on key growth points, with focused strategies that fully support the achievement of growth targets; able to set clear, specific, and reasonable business goals and key customer management goals based on sales strategies; able to formulate effective action plans based on sales strategies and goals, with clear and reasonable follow-up and evaluation methods; able to set targeted and reasonable team and personnel management plans based on strategies, matching human resource efficiency to ensure the achievement of regional goals.
- Education: Degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields.
- Language Requirements: No specific requirements.
