Job Description
- Strong analytical capability to monitor metrics, conversion funnels, and performance indicators.
- Experience identifying and tracking operational incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to turn customer data and feedback into insights and opportunities for product improvement.
- Knowledge of product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, supporting prioritization and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing stakeholder relationships and tracking initiatives.
- Proactive profile, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement of the user experience.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Solid experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques, including regression, decision trees, and boosting algorithms.
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to turn complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations for business areas.
- Analytical profile, data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial products, credit, collections, or debt recovery is a plus.
- Knowledge of credit scoring techniques will be considered a differential.
