Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to work in Customer Experience Operations, with a focus on generating insights, analyzing customer behavior, and monitoring product performance. This person will be responsible for transforming data into strategic information that supports decision-making and drives continuous improvements in customer experience and business results.
The position requires strong analytical capability, ability to build executive dashboards, and development of in-depth studies on product usage, adoption, and performance.
Main responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and executive reports to track customer experience indicators, product usage, and performance.
- Conduct exploratory analyses and data studies to identify behaviors, trends, usage profiles, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop metrics, indicators, and analytical models that support decision-making across product, operations, and business teams.
- Extract, manipulate, and consolidate large volumes of data from different sources.
- Prepare executive presentations with data-driven storytelling, translating complex analyses into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously monitor product performance, identifying deviations, opportunities, and risks.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and transform demands into analytical solutions.
- Support automation initiatives, operational efficiency, and advancement of the team's analytical maturity.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analyses, generate insights, and increase productivity of analytical processes.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Technical knowledge
- Experience in data analysis and business insights generation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience building executive presentations in PowerPoint.
- Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Knowledge of AWS environments.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data exploration.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications focused on productivity, data analysis, and insights generation.
