This position is part of the Sales Commission structure and will work alongside a reference Senior Analyst, being responsible for the monthly technical execution of the processes under your responsibility — including database updates, model maintenance, closing flow organization, and identifying optimization opportunities. With the growth of the area, you will also have exposure to automation and artificial intelligence projects that are transforming how commissioning is done.
Main responsibilities
- Execute the monthly calculation of B2B Corporate commission models in partnership with the Senior Analyst, ensuring accuracy and traceability of results
- Maintain, update, and optimize databases and calculation routines in Databricks (SQL and Python), continuously evolving the processes under your responsibility
- Build and maintain result tracking dashboards in Power BI, ensuring visibility for leadership and the Corporate sales team
- Develop and maintain controls and analyses in advanced Excel, including validations, reconciliations, and audit support
- Document processes in a structured way, ensuring compliance with internal controls and information traceability
- Identify and propose improvements and automations in the B2B Corporate operational flow
- Support the analysis and resolution of commission discrepancies with the sales team, Coordination, and financial areas
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives in the area, including the use of artificial intelligence in commission processes
Position routine
The position involves recurring work in monthly closing cycles, including:

- Execution and validation of commission calculations
- Updating and maintaining dashboards and controls
- Reconciliation of results and handling of inconsistencies
- Communication of calculated values to the Coordination team
- Support for internal controls and audits
- Participation in continuous improvement and automation projects in the area
What you can expect
- Working closely with a strategic segment: B2B Corporate, which concentrates the largest and most complex clients of Serasa Experian
- Technical development in data analysis, Power BI, Databricks, and AI automation
- Exposure to a real transformation environment, where the area is evolving from manual processes to a data-driven and artificial intelligence-oriented operation
- Constant interaction with the sales, finance, and leadership teams of the area
- Working in a structure that values growth and recognizes deliveries
