Job Description
We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to work in the B2B Corporate Clients CRM area. This professional will be a key player in transforming data into actionable strategies, supporting customer relationship decisions and contributing directly to revenue generation. A proactive professional, results-oriented and with a strong sense of ownership, capable of acting strategically and operationally in the evolution of data-driven CRM.

What we are looking for in you:
Mandatory requirements:
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation.
- Python knowledge for data analysis.
- Experience with database segmentation and performance analysis.
- Excel proficiency.
Differentials:
- Use of AI applied to personalization and campaign optimization
- Experience with tools such as SalesForce and Databricks
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies
- Experience in data analysis applied to CRM, marketing, or customer relationship management.
Essential competencies:
- Strong analytical capacity to generate deep customer understanding
- Ability to transform data into decisions and personalized experiences
- Capacity to connect CRM indicators with business results (revenue and engagement)
- Investigative and questioning profile
- Good communication skills to translate data into clear and actionable narratives
What will be your main responsibilities:
- Develop strategic segmentations for CRM campaigns, ABM initiatives, and NPS research
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, generating continuous learning
- Translate analytical insights into clear action plans with CRM, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Measure the impact of initiatives, connecting CRM results to revenue generation, as well as identifying opportunities to optimize actions
- Evolve the use of data for experience personalization, including the application of artificial intelligence
