The Role

Join our team as the first dedicated SDR and own the outbound pipeline for one of the most innovative AI products in the enterprise space. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to partner directly with enterprise sales leaders, work on high-impact Fortune 500 and AI-native startup deals, and rapidly accelerate your career in enterprise AI sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Drive outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling targeting a curated list of F500 companies and AI-native startups.
  2. Conduct account research to support personalized outreach to senior AI and engineering leaders.
  3. Book and coordinate discovery calls, ensuring smooth handoff to Enterprise Cortex Partners (ECPs).
  4. Partner with marketing on campaigns, content, and event-driven initiatives.
  5. Use modern AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and learn best-in-class outbound strategies.
  6. Maintain organized CRM records and track activity, conversion rates, and key learnings.
  7. Participate in live deals, gaining exposure to ECPs, leadership, and domain experts from day one.

What We're Looking For

  1. Recent graduate (2024–2026) with strong academic performance or equivalent practical achievements.
  2. Strong interest in enterprise technology and AI (through coursework, projects, internships, or self-learning).
  3. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize messaging.
  4. Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Comfortable learning new tools (e.g., CRM platforms, outreach tools).
  7. Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a bias for action.

Preferred

  1. Exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships, projects, campus orgs, etc.).
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar systems.
  3. Interest or involvement in the AI or enterprise tech ecosystem (clubs, hackathons, content, etc.).
  4. Experience collaborating with peers, mentors, or stakeholders in academic or extracurricular settings.
