As a Sales Advisor, you are the face of our brand. You build relationships with our customers and create experiences that stay in their memory. By sharing your enthusiasm for the brand, offering exceptional service and bringing our brand to life in the store, you help increase sales and turn every visit into an inspiring experience. Customer Experience
- Greet and support all customers and use needs-based additional sales techniques to increase sales.
- Has in-depth product knowledge and convincingly communicates the product benefits to customers.
- Puts customer satisfaction at the center and passes relevant feedback on to management.
- Implements the guidelines for the sales process according to the Retail Sales Academy when interacting with customers.
Operational Implementation
- Carries out restocking and cash register duties reliably and ensures compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Ensures structured merchandise organization and adheres to inventory management guidelines.
- Supports loss prevention measures through attentive action in the store and reporting relevant irregularities.
