Your Tasks
As a Sales Advisor, you are the face of our brand. You build relationships with our customers and create experiences that stay in memory. By sharing your enthusiasm for the brand, offering outstanding service and making our brand tangible in the store, you help increase sales and turn every visit into an inspiring experience. Customer Experience
- Greet and support all customers and use needs-based additional sales techniques to increase sales.
- Have solid product knowledge and convincingly communicate the product benefits to customers.
- Put customer satisfaction at the center and pass on relevant feedback to management.
- Implement the guidelines for the sales process according to the Retail Sales Academy when interacting with customers.
Operational Implementation
- Carry out restocking and cash register duties reliably and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards.
- Ensure structured merchandise organization and follow the guidelines for inventory management.
- Support loss prevention measures through attentive action in the store and reporting relevant irregularities.
