Qualifications
What we're looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Knowledge and experience in sales planning;
- Knowledge and experience in statistical analysis for revenue projections;
- Knowledge and experience in KPI modeling for sales management;
- Good communication and ability to adapt according to your audience;
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to evaluate the forecast, with the objective of identifying risks, opportunities, and creating action plans for result delivery;
- Planning and control of sales revenue with a short, medium, and long-term vision covering recurring and new money levers;
- Build reports and indicators related to sales productivity with inputs from Salesforce and other related data;
- Suggest and/or adapt strategies for the commercial teams' operations aiming at strategic alignment and goal achievement;
- Monitor the commercial team's goals according to the established plan;
- Generate insights for the commercial director in order to assist in achieving goals and delivering results;
- Prepare executive materials to demonstrate results and key explanatory highlights about the outcomes.
