How you make an impact for our customers

As a product specialist, you help customers work smarter with our software. You think along with them about their challenges and find solutions that work.

You will be involved in, among other things:

  • Answering and exploring in-depth customer questions.
  • Thinking along about solutions that fit the customer's practice.
  • Coordinating with colleagues from other departments such as Product Development and Consultancy
  • Spotting improvements, implementing innovations and making your own work even more enjoyable. Ensuring that ideas reach the right place
  • Helping and mentoring other colleagues and consultancy trainees.

What do we think is most important? That you commit every day to truly helping customers move forward. Because when they work better, so do we.

How you grow into a product specialist

Phase 1

  • You take on customer questions and learn to set priorities.
  • You learn AFAS, our software and our customers.
  • You work in practice and follow targeted training, both for the software and for soft skills.
  • You learn how to give advice and align expectations.

Phase 2

  • You help customers not only with their questions, but you also think proactively with them.
  • You work closely with other departments and colleagues know where to find you.
  • You mentor colleagues on knowledge and development.
  • You take on increasing responsibility.

Step by step you grow in knowledge, confidence and responsibility, into a product specialist that customers and colleagues can rely on.
